Booking

Fully furnished luxury Villa apartment is a perfect accommodation for bigger families or a group.

We aim to be as flexible as possible to make your trip as comfortable as we can. At the time of booking, please let us have your estimated arrival times and we will ensure that these are respected, to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. We do not enforce arbitrary check-in or check-out times for guests who have specified their arrival and departure times in advance, as nothing is more annoying than being told "your villa is not ready" upon arrival!

From the very start to the finish of your journey – from your initial inquiry to your departure from the villa – your assigned travel consultant will be looking after your every need. We can arrange an airport pick up and transfer to your villa. Although you can get there yourself via taxi cab since you will be provided with the villa’s address as well as the manager’s phone number, to avoid any inconvenience, we suggest that you allow us to arrange a pick-up and transfer.

The manager of the villa will welcome you and give you a quick tour of the villa.

All villas have regular cleaning and upkeep and chef (on request) and security. Our villa manager, maid and chef along with security will be available all the time.

Daily complimentary breakfast is commonly included. Although there are some packages without breakfast. Kindly go through on inclusions of your booking confirmation.

We want you to have a wonderful time while you’re in Koh Samui. Would you prefer Koh Samui’s charming Bo Phut Beach with its Big Buddha and other iconic landmarks? Or the upbeat night life of Chaweng Beach? Or the white sands of Choeng Mon? What about the serene stretch of Mae Nam Beach? The seclusion of Bang Po Beach? Will it be the dreamy west or the slow-paced south? Our travel blog will give you an idea on where to go, eat and shop. As well, our travel consultants and concierges will be happy to share with you the many fun possibilities.

Perfectly built and styled abode at Villa Samayra have been bewilderingly constructed to create a harmonious living.

Yes! We provide towels for use in the bathrooms and at the pool, and beds are fully made up with crisp cotton linen and duvets. Nobody wants to travel with these in their luggage!

We offer a maid service than can be scheduled at your convenience - this can be on a daily basis or less often, depending upon the degree of privacy sought.

Payment

Villa Samayra payment process is designed to serve our customers swiftly and effortlessly.

We generally request a partial deposit at the time of booking, whilst the bulk of the cost of the stay may be paid at the villa itself. Deposits may be made by bank transfer only. Should you wish to cancel, and do so within 5 days prior to the booked date of arrival, we will be happy to apply your deposit to a new booking commencing within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
