A stand-alone villa that offers you spectacular 180-degree ocean views from each of its five bedrooms. The ideal location of this luxurious three-level property allows you to enjoy the splendor of the scenic surroundings.

The Villa’s level one includes a lawn and a huge pebble deck with a small concrete slope leading to the ocean. On this level, you will also find a massage room and a small gym with an attached steam room providing a wonderful view of the ocean. Level two has a large outdoor deck and a comfortable patio that can accommodate a party of 50-70 guests.

Housing a spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and an island bar. The large conservatory dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, is stunning with its dining table with a seating of up to 10 persons and overlooking the beauty of the blue ocean. In the large living room, you’ll find three separate areas: a seating area, a bar area, and an entertainment area with an 85-inch TV and a pool table.

The upper floor of this special Koh Samui villa hosts three large bedrooms with stunning ocean views from every single room. From the main villa, entrance steps lead down over a koi pond, leading to the master bedroom suite, a lounge, the dining and kitchen pavilion, and an infinity pool with a spacious terrace and a pagola for outdoor dining. The massive master bedroom features a four-post king-size bed surrounded by contemporary artwork and decoration. At the entrance of the room is a sea view lounge that may be used for a extra space for single beds, or simply as a private lounge. This space contains a large walk-in wardrobe adjacent to an en-suite bathroom with a terrazzo bathtub, separate shower, and his and her sink.

The lounge, dining, and kitchen pavilion feature large lounge sofas, handcrafted wooden tables, a 52-inch Sony LCD TV complete with a modern surround-sound system, iPod dock, satellite TV connection and a Bose system. The villa’s large handcrafted dining table seats up to 12 guests, to enjoy watching their food being prepared by the villa staff right before their eyes, at the same time it has the 180-degree view of the ocean.
