Villa Samayra

We encourage people who want to experience the luxury of the best nightlife and spectacular views of the ocean that you can enjoy endlessly and unhindered at the gorgeous Villa Samayra, a five-bedroom contemporary holiday home right on the edge of a cliff. Overlooking the lapping waves of the ocean,

House Policies & Regulations:

1. Guests are required to provide photo ID proofs of all guests that are part of the traveling group on arrival at the villa.

2. Each room can only accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child of 11 years of age or below.

3. Standard Check-in and Check-out timings are 3 PM and 11 AM respectively. Any late check-out or early check-in is subject to the availability of the villa on that day.

4. Guests are responsible to keep all their valuable items secure, property team will not be responsible for any missing goods & valuables.

5. Our villa is fully equipped with all amenities and equipment for your use during your stay. We request all guests to be careful while using these facilities and be respectful towards the owner’s property.

6. For any breakage/ damage or shortfall of the items, the management shall charge the damages directly to the guest’s account. The accounts must be settled before checkout.

7. Guests would be asked to keep a deposit of THB 20,000 for security at the time of check-in. The same can be refunded/ adjusted in the final invoice during check-out.

8. Our housekeeping teams are assigned to clean the villa, make bedrooms, bathrooms & the kitchen facility once a day.

9. Our villa is assigned with dedicated parking, we request all our guests to park their vehicle in the assigned parking area only.

10. Pets are not allowed in the villa.

12. We value all our team members and consider them as part of our family. We strongly discourage the use of inappropriate language & behavior by guests while engaging with our team members. In case of any objections, guests may connect with our villa manager to discuss any such issues or write to the management directly.
13. Reservations may be canceled at any time without any prior notice at management discretion.
